This policy explains booking cancellations on the StoresWiki Services services marketplace operated by StoresWiki LLC.

1. Before the provider starts

You may cancel a booking before the provider confirms or begins work, at no charge, from your booking history.

2. After work begins

Once a provider has started, cancellation may incur a charge for work performed; remaining amounts are handled per our Refund Policy.

3. Cancellations by a provider or us

A booking may be cancelled due to availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud; any payment taken is refunded in full.
